Coordinated voyage planning, port access, and cargo handling to ensure smooth loading and unloading across multiple shipments. Our operational planning included a specific stowage method that allowed monopiles to be safely inserted within one another, optimizing space and maintaining safety. Through close collaboration with port teams and proactive risk management, HML ensured on-time, secure deliveries for DEME.
